Walking Out
My husband said something bad so I walked out of the restaurant.
But I walked towards a wrong direction...then I got lost.
I eventually had to call him...
Lesson: If you want to make a dramatic exit, you better know where the exit is...
I totally agree with Didi. Choose your battles :) Although catfights and LQs are super normal especially during the early stages of your marriage :) Always remember lang to maintain that high level of respect for one another and to think 10x first before saying something out loud :)
There are just days that I don't want to say or think about what to say...I just walk out, sadly... I got lost this time, he just laughed. Apparently he saw me wandering around RCBC.
HA! HA! I did this my first year of marriage. We were arguing in the car and when he stopped for gas, I just left the car. He came after me, following me in the car, begging me to get in. We were in a strange neighborhood at night and I thought, how am I going to get home. So I got back in the car. Twenty years later, I can't remember what we argued about.
Hello! Honestly we have had WORST fights but I could never ever remember what we fought about! Tame na ang walk out, it means I have no energy! Mas action packed ung I want to get out of the car sa highway! Hahaha!
Alam mo, learn to choose your battles. Hahaha!
ReplyDeleteI used to think that if I do something like that, he'd follow me. Know that they won't.
It's just how life is.
That's why I walked out. I chose my battles and this one wasn't even worth my time. So I won't even sit there to listen
DeleteHaha! Ang funny mo :)
